This isn’t my first home – I’ve relocated more than once; this is my fourth home purchase. Yet this is the first time I feel that I truly understand the basics of the house’s structure, strengths and weaknesses. As an aging, single homeowner, home maintenance with this purchase is a much larger concern that it was with my first purchase over 25 years ago. Your explanations to me were clear, and the report provided is extremely informative and instructional – I feel like I have a road-map for successful home maintenance that completely eliminates my concerns over my ability to keep up with it.

Upon completion of the home inspection, John Turner had identified a couple of structural components that needed to be addressed in order to preserve the integrity of this historic building that was about to become my clients’ first home.
